“Ione” 20 X 20”

“Ione” is an original oil painting on gallery wrapped canvas. This painting is one of two in my January series and the name means “resembles the violet flower” also referring to the Amethyst birthstone of the Aquarius zodiac sign.   I love bright colourful art most months of the year but January is when we really can use that pop of colour to get us through until spring.
